Microsilver

MicroSilver is highly pure elemental microporous silver additive. It is antimicrobial, antiviral and can be incorporated into different materials and formulations.

MicroSilver is not cytotoxic and therefore safe and versatile to use. It is used in skincare, oral care, wound care and medical implants.

Patented technology

MicroSilver is a high-quality product, which is made under medical device manufacturing standards (ISO 13485 and ISO 9001). The production process is purely physical.

MicroSilver consists of highly pure elemental metallic silver particles that are extremely porous and micro-sized.

Its unique high surface area and its spongy structure facilitate the long-lasting antimicrobial and antiviral effect of MicroSilver products.

Excellent skin compatibility

All personal care products containing the ingredient MicroSilver have been developed for specific dermatological applications and quickly and sustainably improve the natural appearance of the skin, strengthen the natural skin barrier and support its natural regeneration.

MicroSilver does not cause any side effects and can be used on a daily basis also in combination with other personal care ingredients.

Clinically tested

The manufacturer cooperates with renowned customers and research partners and the products are tested via in-use-tests and in clinical studies.

Certified natural product

MicroSilver is a certified natural product with organic labels from ECOCERT, COSMOS, and NPA. The ingredient is manufactured by a purely physical process, which guarantees an environmentally friendly production.

Each batch of MicroSilver BG™ is certified as microparticulate and does not contain nanomaterial. I.e. it can't cross the skin barrier like colloidal or nano silver can.
