Refund policy

💌 Returns

Changed your mind? No stress. If you don’t want your order anymore, you’ve got 7 days from the day it gets delivered to send it back to us (you’ll need to cover the shipping). Just make sure the product is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.

To start a return, drop us an email at help@nubar.skin. Include your order number, name, email, phone, and the reason you’re sending it back. Once we approve your return, we’ll send you the details on where to send it.

👉 Heads up: If you send something back without contacting us first, we won’t be able to accept it.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. If your original payment method doesn’t work anymore, you’ll need to chat to your bank or card provider to get your money.

🛠️ Defective or Wrong Item?

If something’s off — like your product arrives damaged, faulty, or it’s the wrong item — let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out fast.

We’ll collect it for free, and once we’ve checked it out, we’ll either:

  • send you a new one, or

  • refund you the full amount (your choice!).


❌ What You Can’t Return

Just a few things to keep in mind:

  • We only take returns for stuff bought directly from our website.

  • If you bought it from a store, return it there.

  • Used products can’t be returned or refunded.

  • Shipping fees (if there were any) are non-refundable.

  • If it’s marked non-returnable or not for resale, it can’t be sent back.
